TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
This Statement outlines the terms and conditions governing all sales and purchases made through this website, regardless of whether the order was transmitted via the internet, telephone or post. By accessing, browsing and/or using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this site.
PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of . All prices are quoted in United States dollars (USD, $). Tennessee's Honey Bees reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices, which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING: Packages and Nucleus Colonies
We do not ship Queens, Packages or Nucleus Hives of Honey Bees.
SHIPPING: Clothing, wooden ware and other items
We can send your order anywhere within the continental United States. All our items are packed for safe delivery. We ship all products by USPS courier unless otherwise directed. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for products that are requested via e-mail to be shipped by a different delivery service other than the USPS. Delivery usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service in the destination area.
We normally ship our products within three business days unless requested otherwise. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date by the e-mail address and/or phone number that we have on file.
Please check your e-mail address, phone number and delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect delivery address. The customer shall be responsible for all cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Special Ordered Items
Once the Protective Clothing order has been placed with the manufacture, the order can not be canceled or the money refunded due to the fact that it is a Special Ordered item based on your specific order that you placed on our website. As none of the protective clothing is held in stock and it is not manufactured until the order you made with us is placed with the manufacture and is only produced at that time based on your specific order.
REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS IS AVAILABLE UP UNTIL THE TIME THAT WE PLACE THE ORDER WITH THE MANUFACTURE SO THEY CAN ONLY THEN PRODUCE YOUR SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS
AFTER THE SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS HAS BEEN ORDERED FROM THE MANUFACTURE WE OFFER NO REFUNDS.
PAYMENT:
Items picked up at Tennessee's Honeybees can be paid for by cash, debit card, and/or credit card.
Online payment transactions are made through a PayPal gateway and no banking, credit card and/or cheque information is stored in our database.
PayPal allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: PayPal balance, bank account, PayPal branded debit and credit cards, PayPal Credit, debit card, and credit card.
If a cheque is used Tennesse's honey Bees will require it to be 'cleared' by the bank before goods can be dispatched.
This may require 10-15 days.
RETURNS POLICY
If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 3 days from date of despatch of goods.

The following options will then be made available:
1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by debit card, the debited account shall be credited).

3lb Packages of Honey Bees / Queens / Nucs / Hives
We will contact you for a scheduled pickup date for your Honey Bee orders as soon as we get this information from our suppliers. We will utilize the contact email and phone number that you provided when registering on our website in our attempt to contact you.
Remember that Mother Nature is the biggest contributing factor to the decision on the dates for delivery, as we want you and your Honey Bees to be successful. This is a great advantage to all concerned - including the bees!
Though we utilize what we feel is the best suppliers and make sure any and all Honey Bees are State inspected each individual product is not inspected for content. We recommend you inspect any Queens, Packages, Nucs, and/or Hives picked up at our locations and provided by our suppliers prior to leaving our location for quality and contents.
However, when you leave our premises with your bees/queens - you are now responsible for their care and
we do not offer a replacement guarantee.
NOTICE!
Customers who do not show up on their scheduled pick up date will forfeit their investment. We will make every attempt to contact you so the bees can be salvaged.
Special Orders Products/Items:
Special order products are ordered from the manufacture only after you have placed your order for that specific item. It is not an item we normally hold in stock and is only produced due to your order. As such this product/item is deemed as a Special Order Item and it is made just for you! At the time of you placing your order and purchasing it on our website you agreed that you had read and understand our policies and this also include that there is a No Refund Policy on Any SPecial Ordered Products/Items. On our products page we make every attempt to notify you of shipping times but as with anything that we do not perfom directly it is beyond our control. This being stated the delivery times we have stated are just estimates we have made based on prior circumstances when dealing with the suppliers and manufactures we deal with.
Once we receive a shipment that contains your Special Order Product/Item from the Supplier/Manufacturer, we will notify you via the contact information you provided when registering with our website. We will continue to track all order until it arrives at our location. Unfortunately delays can occur. We will do our very best to get your Product/Item to you as quickly as possible, but we can not responsible for unexpected delays or any liability therein. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or price adjustments will be given due to a manufacturering or delivery delay which is beyond our control.
Protective Gear (Jackets and Suits)
We are constantly reordering each Friday in needed quantities and sizes!
We will do everything within our power to make sure to keep you updated during the ordering and shipping process. Orders are sent to the Manufacture on each Friday so if you order early in the week or on the weekend it may take your order longer to get through the process. As soon as we deliver your order to be shipped to you we will provide the tracking information, provided by the shipper. The total process, depending on what day you place your order, can take 3 to 4 weeks.
*** NOTICE ***
The $35.00 jackets are only ordered from the manufacture when we receive the order from the customers so they are deemed as Special Ordered Items and cancellation for any reason after orders are placed with the manufacture will not be due a refund. Any orders canceled before the order is placed with the manufacture will be refunded to the customer in full.

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and quarantine issues we are experiencing extend delivery times of our products to our location when our products are passing through US Customs and this is something we have no direct control over.
